To become a JohnFkeys member (a "Member") and subscribe to a Service, you must be at least sixteen (16) years old; however, if you are under 18 years old or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your registration must include the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
You and your legal guardian acknowledge that certain content on the Services may be inappropriate for those under the age of 18. Although we will make every effort to offer suitable advisories on a regular basis, we will not be held liable in any way for this failure.

To become a Member, you must first create an account and provide the essential information for a profile. You can do so by visiting our START FOR FREE on the home page of our website, and entering your email address.
When you create a profile, you promise to submit truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested by the Service registration process. When you create your account, you will be required to provide credit card details to access the package you chose during the registration (Monthly, Annual, Exclusive). If we are not provided with such information, or if we believe the information is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, we have the right to deny you access to or use of the Services. By registering with, you agree to comply with and be governed by these Terms, as well as all relevant third-party service terms and policies.
If you decide to register and become a Member, your account is only for you; you cannot disclose your account information or allow anyone else to access or use your account or the Services.
It's critical to keep your username and password private since you're responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including any transactions made whether or not you approved them. If your account is unlawful, you will be held liable for any losses incurred by you as well as JohnFkeys or other users. JohnFkeys retains the right to remove or reclaim any usernames or passwords that violate any laws, rules, regulations, or policies, or that infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
By registering and becoming a Member, you may receive periodic emails on JohnFkeys-related special offers, marketing, and surveys. If you want to stop receiving commercial communications from us, simply follow the "unsubscribe" instructions in the emails.
When you sign up for a subscription to access the Services, you agree to pay the subscription price as required. If the subscription you selected is an ongoing subscription with an ongoing billing cycle payment, you agree to pay the subscription price on the billing cycle date indefinitely until you cancel your chosen subscription. Furthermore, because we want you to have a positive and informative experience while using the Services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (the "30-day Guarantee") on all first-time subscription purchases made directly via us. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your subscription portion of the Services until the conclusion of your monthly billing cycle, at which point your subscription to the Services will be terminated.
Refunds are not allowed for purchases bought through another merchant, such as Google Play or Apple. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Services' sellers.
The following lists the many sorts of purchases and subscriptions for the Services we provide.
Annual + Subscription = Annual Base Subscription:
The Annual + subscription provides one year of access to the Services, including content licensed by JohnFkeys.
The Annual Base membership provides one year of access to the Services but does not include content licensed from third-party rights holders.
When you sign up for our Annual + or Annual Base subscription, you must pay for it up front. Following that, your subscription will renew automatically every year on the anniversary of your sign-up.
By purchasing an Annual subscription, you hereby authorize us to charge the same payment method you used for your initial sign-up for any renewal term, at the renewal pricing then in force. We will send you an email to the email address you used to sign up (or any updated email address on your account) 30 days before your renewal date (or within the time period required by law in your jurisdiction of residence) to notify you of the upcoming renewal date and price for the upcoming year. If you do not wish to be charged for the renewal, please cancel your subscription in writing by sending us a cancellation letter before your anniversary date. There are no refunds for any portion of a membership that you did not utilize, unless you are inside your 30-day Guarantee timeframe.
Monthly + Subscription = Monthly Base Subscription.
The Monthly + subscription grants you 30-day access to the Services, including content licensed from JohnFkeys.
The Monthly Base membership provides access to the Services for 30 days but excludes access to content licensed by JohnFkeys from third-party rights holders.
When you sign up for a monthly membership, you must pay beforehand. After then, your subscription will renew automatically every month on the same day of the month you signed up for it.
By subscribing to a Monthly membership, you hereby authorize us to charge the same payment method you used for the initial sign-up for monthly renewals at the same price you paid when you signed up. However, if the renewal price increases, we will notify you via email at the email address you used to sign up (or any updated email address on your account) seven (7) days before your renewal date of the price increase.
If you do not want to be charged for the monthly renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the day of the month in which you signed up, or it will automatically renew. If you do not want to be charged for the exclusive renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the day of the month in which you signed up, or it will automatically renew. 7-Day Trial
The 7-day trial subscription provides free access to the Services, including content licensed by JohnFkeys
When you sign up for our 7-day trial subscription, there is no upfront money required; however, you must supply (i) a payment method on your account and (ii) a selection of whatever subscription you wish to sign up for when your 7-day trial expires.
If you chose a monthly plan, your subscription will automatically renew every month on the day of the month in which your monthly subscription began; if you chose an annual plan, your subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary date of the start of your annual subscription, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of your 7-day trial.
If you do not cancel your subscription before the conclusion of your 7-day trial, you hereby authorize us to charge the same payment method you used to sign up for the trial, at the price specified when you selected your plan. However, if any renewal price increases, we will notify you via email to the address you used to sign up (or any updated email address on your account) seven (7) days prior to your renewal date (for a monthly plan) or 30 days prior to your renewal date (for an annual plan).
If you do not want to be charged for the monthly or annual renewal, you must cancel your subscription (i) before the end of your 7-day trial period, (ii) before the first day of the month in which your monthly subscription began, or (iii) before the anniversary date of your annual subscription.

Following sign-up and successful registration, and subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

By submitting the User Information, you hereby grant JohnFkeys a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, sub-license, transmit, distribute, publish, publicly perform, display, or otherwise exploit any or all portions of such User Information in any manner and media, and using any technology now known or hereafter developed. In addition, you hereby relinquish all moral rights to such User Information.
The Services, features, and functionality are and will continue to be the unique and exclusive property of JohnFkeys and its licensees, as applicable. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada, the United States, and other nations. JohnFkeys's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in conjunction with any product or service without the company's prior written approval.
Unless expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not use any of the Services' material. Unauthorized use may violate JohnFkeys and/or third parties' copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights, as well as privacy and publicity laws, and other applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Nothing in this Agreement or the Services is intended to grant, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use JohnFkeys trademark, trade name, or other proprietary information without JohnFkeys or the applicable third-party owner's express prior written consent.

We make no recommendations or warranties regarding any of these entities/individuals or their websites, and you visit and utilize such sites, including information, materials, products, and services, entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that Johnfkeys is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any such content, products, or services available on or through any such third-party website or service.
